Job summary

Shopee is seeking an entry-level Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support SPX’s in-house courier processes, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The role collaborates across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and records are kept up-to-date.

Strong communication, MS Office skills, and a degree in Business or Supply Chain are preferred; Bahasa Melayu is a plus. This is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur.

Department OperationsLevelEntry LevelLocationKuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
