Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive finance graduate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience will be considered.

You will conduct basic financial research, prepare reports, and support management with coordination and follow-ups. Strong numeracy and communication are essential.

This role offers exposure to business information, external liaison, and a chance to grow in a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience welcome.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Good analytical, research and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and business information.
• Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate professionally with external parties.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to handle a broad range of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and evaluate suitable external service providers and business solutions.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate meetings, information and follow-ups.
• Assist management in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and business matters.
• Prepare basic comparisons, summaries, documents and information when required.
• Follow up closely on outstanding matters to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams on management-assigned initiatives.
• Handle general business support and ad-hoc assignments as required.
