Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations, international orders, and customer service. You will coordinate deliveries with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and high service levels.

Additionally, you will review and establish standard operating procedures, manage inventory across satellite offices, and mentor junior staff while supporting senior management on special projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in similar roles.
• Multilingual: Mandarin, Bahasa, and English.
• Operations management expertise in handling complex processes and teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: oversee international orders, logistics, and customer service.
