Job Description - Operation Manager (Based in Vietnam)

Business & P&L Leadership

• Fully accountable for the group company overseas operations’ profitability, sustainable growth, and cost efficiency.
• Formulate and implement business strategies aligned with both regional and global goals.
• Track financial and operational KPIs to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

Manufacturing & Plant Operations

• Lead the group overseas manufacturing facilities to achieve excellence in quality, productivity, safety and environmental sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain processes.
• Ensure full compliance with each manufacturing plant’s local regulations, environmental standards, and global manufacturing policies.

Sales & Market Development

• Lead group overseas business growth and market expansion through strategic customer acquisition and management of key accounts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within the insulation rubber, foam and related sectors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the group sales & marketing teams to consistently meet revenue and margin objectives.

People Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning operations, sales, and support areas.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with company values and organizational culture.

General Administration

• Lead the proper implementation and governance of internal audit controls, ESG and sustainability related matters in alignment with HQ directives.
• Ensure the implementation of group IT policies and practices, aligning ... industry to safeguard data security and organizational knowledge.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the company with key external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, authorities, and industry partners.
• Work closely with regional and global leadership to align strategies and share best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within manufacturing and management of the factory.
• Strong background in plant management, P&L ownership, business development, and multinational management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing manufacturing operations and driving sales growth in multinational environment.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
