Job summary

Superlon Worldwide Sdn Bhd, based in Vietnam, seeks an Operation Manager to lead group overseas operations, drive profitability, and implement strategic growth across manufacturing, sales, and governance.

The role requires a strong background in plant management, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of scaling business in multinational settings. Fluency in English and Mandarin is expected, with MBA and extensive senior leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years in manufacturing/management roles with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with multinational operations and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overseas operations’ profitability, growth, and cost efficiency.
• Formulate and implement regional and global strategies.
• Track KPIs for forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Lead overseas manufacturing facilities to ensure quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain.
• Develop and manage group sales & marketing teams to meet revenue targets.
• Lead talent acquisition and build cross-functional teams.
• Govern internal audit controls and ESG compliance per HQ directives.
• Represent the company with customers, suppliers, authorities, and partners.
