Colform Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Manager/Assistant Manager based in Port Klang to oversee daily operations, manage inventory and logistics, and lead a team to meet performance targets. The role emphasizes process improvements, safety, and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Operations Management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track performance against targets and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory management, stock receiving, storage, distribution and movement.
• Coordinate logistics operations and delivery schedules with transporters to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor order processing, inventory allocation, delivery and customer fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Manage manpower planning and staff scheduling to meet operational requirements.

Monitor operational performance against established targets, identify issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including stock receiving, storage, distribution, and movement.

Manage and monitor logistics operations, transporter coordination and delivery schedules to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Promote teamwork, collaboration and effective communication across all departments to support business operations.

Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
