The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in manufacturing operations, strong lean knowledge, ERP proficiency, and English plus Mandarin communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office; English and Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate between departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Oversee warehouse receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and safety.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment while adhering to quality and delivery standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows.
• Identify and mitigate risks in operation and warehouse processes.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives in both warehouse and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse and develop safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
• Certification in production and inventory management is a plus.
• Able to speak and write English and Mandarin (due to business nature).
