Job summary

CLICK IX SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own and optimize end-to-end operational execution across the business. This role ensures projects, services, and platforms are delivered on time, within scope, with the desired quality and SLA levels.

You will bridge strategy and execution, translating growth into scalable, compliant operations while leading cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Finance and Technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing operations teams.
• Ability to build scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, CMS, ticketing systems and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, SOPs and governance processes.
• Ability to manage vendors, partners and third-party providers.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Finance and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable operational frameworks to support growth.
• Establish and improve SOPs, SLAs, and governance processes.
• Act as the escalation point for operational risks and issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, deployments, and service delivery.
• Ensure consistent delivery across projects, clients, and platforms.
• Manage installation, maintenance, after-sales, and support workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations, technical, and support teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
