Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, deployments, and service delivery. The role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics for projects and installations across teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring timely execution and quality.

The position requires hands-on involvement to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures, with a focus on accurate records and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities, deployments, and service delivery
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for projects and installations
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution
• Track operational tasks, work orders, and service requests
• Prepare and maintain operational documents (delivery orders, service reports, installation records)
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of assets, inventory, and contracts
• Update and maintain data in ERP/CRM or operational systems
• Support after-sales activities including issue tracking and resolution follow-ups
• Assist in monitoring SLA compliance and service performance
• Escalate operational issues to the relevant teams when required
