Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and support growth. You will lead operational teams, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, cost control, and customer service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI tracking, process improvements, and cross-department coordination to maintain smooth business delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in operations, production, or a similar management role.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgeting, KPI management, process improvement, and team supervision.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
