Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance engineering leader to plan, direct and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians ensuring reliable equipment performance. You will drive OEE and oversee spare parts availability, while guiding maintenance strategies and preventive programs across the plant.

The role emphasizes developing staff, training, and achieving organizational goals through structured maintenance processes and timely problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent.
• Min 5 Years of Experience in Semiconductor.
• Experience in Test Product/Test Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Drive to meet OEE goals for both internal and customer defined.
• Review and ensure sufficient Consigned / Carsem owned equipment spare parts availability.
• Organize, direct and supervise activities related to machine maintenance, restoration, diagnose operational issues, preventive maintenance and provide guidelines.
• Develop skills and proficiency among all directs engineers/staff to improve plant equipment performance.
• Train assistants to achieve organizational and business goals, objectives and visions.
• Ensure high productivity by managing maintenance staff performance.
• Provide recommendations, analyze, report, and develop strategies to improve quantity and quality.
• Identify problems, provide alternatives and solutions for action.
• Involve in periodic training, succession planning, employee selection and career development.
• Resolve engineering issues by identifying their roots.
• Keep track of completion of operations and tasks within deadlines.

Bachelor in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent

Keep track of completion of various operations and tasks within the given time frame

Education Level and Field of Study:

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent

Working Experience:
