Job summary

KOI Café Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking enthusiastic cafe crew to join our front- and back-of-house team. Diploma or above holders are welcome, including fresh graduates.

You will prepare beverages, assist kitchen tasks, handle orders, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced F&B environment. The role requires shift work, weekends and public holidays, the ability to multi-task, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above qualification, fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Cooperative and helpful with team members.
• Energetic, hardworking, and passionate about F&B.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
• Lead by example, ensure service crews follow SOPs at each station.
• Prepare beverages, assist kitchen prep, handle orders and payments.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Comprehensive & tailored training program will be provided.
