Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking staff to join our F&B team in Malaysia. The role requires enthusiastic individuals with the ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Training will be provided to those without experience.

We offer job duties across service, beverage preparation, and store cleanliness, with on-the-job learning and a team-focused environment in the Selangor area.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Secondary/SPM/O-Level.
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is mandatory.
• Able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays on a 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
• Prepare beverages and ingredients according to company standards, take orders and handle payments.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Follow standard operating procedures at each station.
