Job summary

SARASPICE Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive to support warehousing, inventory, production and packaging activities in Sarawak. You will coordinate material movement and logistics, ensuring timely processing and shipping in line with SOPs.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or related fields, 2-3 years of experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Administation or any other related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, shipping, supply chain, production or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with the AutoCount Inventory System will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse, inventory, production and packaging activities.
• Coordinate raw material movement, processing and receiving activities.
• Manage and monitor logistics, transportation and shipping arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain operational, inventory, processing and shipping documentation.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, processing facilities, shipping agents and other external parties.
• Monitor operational schedules, follow up on delays, discrepancies and other issues.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, safety and operational requirements.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.

Job description
