Job description

This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the company's daily operational activities across warehouse and outlet locations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, outlet operational standards, and administrative documentation while ensuring that company SOPs and best practices are consistently implemented. The role also requires proactively identifying operational issues, providing effective solutions, and working closely with outlet Supervisors and Staff to maintain smooth and efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and guide outlet Supervisors and Staff related to SOP, Best Practices, outlet standards & cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate stock records
• Coordinate daily operations between warehouse and branch locations to support smooth business operations
• Organize, maintain, and manage company documentation using Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive
• Support administrative and day-to-day operational tasks as required
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and internal procedures
• Monitor and solve the outlet Operational request.
• Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the superior
• Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.

About you

• Possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification, STPM, A-Level, Pre-University certificate, or Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Drive and able to adapt quickly to different software systems
