• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; prior F&B or operations experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and ensure operational standards, SOP compliance, and service quality are maintained.
• Provide operational support for new store openings, including pre-opening preparations and setup coordination.
• Assist with on-site coordination during store openings to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Possession of own transport and willingness to travel are preferred.
