A BITE OF CHINA SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee day-to-day store operations and uphold service standards. The role involves coordinating store visits, supporting new store openings, and driving improvements in customer experience.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations management, with fresh graduates welcome. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus a willingness to travel for store support,

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; prior F&B or operations experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and ensure operational standards, SOP compliance, and service quality are maintained.
Provide operational support for new store openings, including pre-opening preparations and setup coordination.
Assist with on-site coordination during store openings to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
Monitor store performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
