Job summary

Jonker Distribution Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to assist the Operations Manager in daily operations, SOP compliance, staff performance, and achieving company targets.

The role collaborates with retail outlets, warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations. You will monitor stock levels, sales KPIs, and report generation, coach staff, and resolve operational issues while striving for cost control and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in operations, retail, sales or supervisory roles.
• Experience in retail/wholesale/mobile accessories is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
