Job summary

Coolblog Dessert Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily outlet operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will help monitor store performance, analyze sales and P&L data, ensure SOP adherence and brand standards, and assist with new store openings and coordination across outlets.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree and 1–3 years in F&B operations, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to travel to outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, F&B, Retail or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in the F&B industry is required.
• Experience in operations coordination, outlet management, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across assigned outlets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, F&B, Retail or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in the F&B industry is required.
• Experience in operations coordination, outlet management, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good analytical skills (comfortable working with sales and P&L data)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
