Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a cargo operations staff to handle, transfer and arrange import and export shipments, while preparing export drafts and final closing documents to maintain accurate inventory records.

You will verify cargo on receipt and collect GBA documents, submitting cargo at airline terminals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This full-time role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cargo operations or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if willing to learn.
• Able to handle physical load/unload of cargo.
• Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work at airline terminals and perform operational duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transfer and arrange import and export shipments.

• Update and maintain import/export inventory records.

• Updating and maintaining import and export inventory records.
• Identifying, checking and verifying cargo upon receipt.
• Collecting GBA documents and completing cargo submissions at airline terminals.
• Ensuring all cargo documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
• Performing other duties related to cargo operations as assigned by the management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in cargo operations, freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse or a related field.
• Fresh graduates / candidates without relevant experience are also encouraged to apply if they are willing to learn.
• Able to handle physical work, including loading and unloading cargo.
• Good attention to detail and able to check cargo and documentation accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work at airline terminals and handle operational duties when required.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
