In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as a driving force behind our commercial and operational success - overtaking quotation governance, carrier rate negotiations, and high-value client relationship management.
Furthermore, you will orchestrate seamless end-to-end air and ocean workflows, ensuring uncompromising service excellence across our global supply chain network.
Commercial Enablement & Business Growth: Partner closely with sales teams to formulate competitive commercial bids, cultivate strategic key accounts (with a primary focus on the Korean and Malaysian markets), and expertly navigate client inquiries to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Operational Excellence & Execution: Direct and oversee the flawless execution of inbound and outbound freight forwarding operations spanning multi-modal air and ocean logistics.
Service Leadership & Strategic Resolution: Proactively resolve complex client challenges and service inquiries while spearheading continuous process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Academic Credentials: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, progressive experience in air and sea freight forwarding, complemented by a proven track record in operational leadership.
Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving acumen; highly resourceful, culturally adaptable, and capable of autonomous execution within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and industry-standard forwarding systems.
Contractual Terms: Ability to commit to a standard 2-month notice period upon transition.
Agility: Willingness to undertake auxiliary operational or administrative responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
