Quaine Group is a Malaysia based e-commerce company focused on high-quality products and services for iPhone ownership, under two brands: Fone Depot and Gentlemade.

The team seeks an organized Operations Assistant (E-commerce) to support daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory coordination, and shipment processing across multiple online platforms.

Qualifications

• Organized and attentive to details.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed and will receive proper training.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil orders from e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website etc.
• Ensure order fulfilments meet quality standards and platform requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.
• Handle e-commerce platform operation and assist with customer enquiries.
• Monitor and manage stock inventory.
• Assist in general operational and ad-hoc e-commerce tasks assigned by Management.

We are seeking an organized Operation Assistant (E-commerce) to join our dynamic team at Quaine Group. In this position, you will support the company’s daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory coordination, and shipment processing across multiple online platforms.

What you'll be doing

Process and fulfil orders from e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website etc.

Ensure order fulfilments meet quality standards and platform requirements.

Coordinate and ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.

Handle e-commerce platform operation and assist with customerenquiries.

Monitor and manage stock inventory.

Assist in general operational and ad-hoc e-commerce tasks assigned by Management.

Familiarity with e-commerce and iPhones is an added advantage.
