Job summary

Biskut Borong is looking for an experienced e-commerce operations specialist to manage Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores. You will plan monthly promotions, optimize listings, coordinate photography, and analyze performance to boost conversions.

You will collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy and timely fulfillment, while delivering excellent customer service and pursuing career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backend systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
• Able to work independently and coordinate between marketing and warehouse teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
