The Living Depot (Puchong) SDN. BHD. in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, part of THE LIVING DEPOT group, is seeking an organised Operation Assistant.

This full-time role supports daily operations, client and sales administration, and cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or equivalent, are proficient in MS Office, and can communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork; proactive and organized.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; clerical/admin experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join THE LIVING DEPOT (PUCHONG) SDN. BHD. in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth daily operations of our organisation. As an Operation Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient client and sales administration processes, contributing directly to the success of our business operations and client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and administrative expertise will be highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of business operations.
• Coordinating with different departments within an organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting the management team in project planning and coordination.
• Maintaining and updating schedules, records and databases related to business operations.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Preparing regular reports on operational activity to share with senior staff.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
• Responsible, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
• Trustworthy, possess good communications skills, able to work independently as well as in a team with positive attitudes

With the profession and long history of success and also rich in experience on importing, whole selling and retailing hardware, building materials and home improvements, we have plan to build the Hyper Retail Warehouse in future. The Hyper Retail Warehouse will be Malaysia largest home improvement retail warehouse, one stop center. There will be more than 20,000 line of products offered to professional contractor to consumers at whole sale price. In order to ensure the success and benefits of all parties involved, a set of branding and home branding and marketing strategies are put in place.

Looking ahead to 2019, TLD Group will continue to implement deep-rooted reforms, bringing greater performance in the Group.
