This full-time role supports daily operations, client and sales administration, and cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or equivalent, are proficient in MS Office, and can communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork; proactive and organized.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; clerical/admin experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of business operations.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting the management team in project planning and coordination.
• Maintaining and updating schedules, records and databases related to business operations.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Preparing regular reports on operational activity for senior staff.
• Handling queries or issues related to operations and providing solutions or escalations as needed.
