Job summary

Forge Verve Dynamics Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Operation & Project Executive to manage delivery of products/services across customer sites in Malaysia. You will coordinate offline and online services, oversee fabrication work, and ensure projects meet requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include attending project meetings, reporting progress to customers, and helping to develop SOPs and ISO-related systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum university diploma graduate; degree graduate is an advantage.
• Ability to fast learn engineering technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of company products and solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain clearly, listen to client feedback, communicate smoothly with clients and lead company subcontractors.
• Ability to identify and follow up on operational and project work matters.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering projects is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and good computer skills in MS Office.
• Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle delivery arrangements of company products and solutions to customer sites.
• Manage offline services including collection from sites and repair work at the workshop.
• Lead online or onsite services coordinating subcontractors to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate fabrication work and report progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend project meetings, report progress to customers, and oversee subcontractors on site.
• Assist in preparing operation and project SOPs, workflows and related documents.
• Assist in setting up company management systems including SOPs, department rules, ISO standards.
• Assist in completing new projects or pilot projects.
• Ensure safety for all staff on office, site and project locations.
• Protect company and customer equipment from damage during work.

Job description

The Operation & Project Executive is responsible for handling all operation and project work related matters for the company. This includes managing delivery arrangements of company products and solutions to customers, coordinating offline and online services, managing engineering fabrication work, and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

Handle delivery arrangements of company products and solutions to customer sites.

Manage offline services including collection of products from customer sites, completion of servicing and repair work at the workshop, and delivery of repaired products back to customers.

Lead online or onsite services by coordinating company subcontractors or suppliers at customer sites to conduct services work according to customer requirements and quality standards.

Communicate, arrange and follow up engineering fabrication work progress with fabricators or suppliers to ensure completion according to customer requirements and timely delivery.

Study details of engineering projects, attend project meetings at site, communicate and report project progress to customers, lead subcontractors onsite, and ensure work meets customer requirements and project quality standards.

Assist manager or director in preparing operation and project department standard operating procedures, work procedures, workflows and related documents.

Assist in setting up and completing company management systems including standard operating procedures, department rules and regulations, ISO standards and relevant work matters.

Assist manager or director in completing company internal new projects or pilot projects.

Ensure safety during work at office, customer sites or project sites for own work and subcontractors' or suppliers' staff.

Ensure company equipment, tools, customer equipment or tools are protected from damage during work activities.
