Job summary

Zeus Solution Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical and Control) to drive project execution, planning and supervision. You will prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and claims while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics or PW certificates; 1-2 years’ experience, or fresh grads with guidance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics or PW certificate.
• Technical expertise in PLC-based control systems, SCADA and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring systems and components.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided by senior staff.
• Willing to travel and based at a chosen project location.

Responsibilities

• Perform project execution, planning, supervising and controlling activities.
• Prepare project documentation including drawings, reports and claims.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractor and vendors for smooth execution.
• Attend project meetings with client, main contractor and consultant.
• Prepare bill of materials for tendering and variable orders.
• Perform T&C and troubleshooting with colleagues during commissioning.

PROJECT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL)

To perform project execution, planning, supervising and controlling project activities.

To prepare project documentation (detail engineering, drawing, report, claim sheet and any other related documents).

To coordinate with client, subcontractor and vendors in ensuring smooth execution of projects

To attend project meeting with client, main-contractor and consultant.

To prepare bill of materials for project tendering and variable order.

To perform T&C and troubleshooting with other colleagues for electrical and control work during project T&C stage.

Requirements:

Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics/ Professional certificate PW1/PW2/PW4/A0/A1/A4 Certificate or other equivalent qualification.

Technical Expertise: PLC-based control systems, SCADA, and Instrumentation. Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical wiring systems and components.

Communicate and explain complex issues and work to establish understanding

Be fully familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements, including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues

At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided from senior staff.

Candidate must willing to travel and base in a location (Mostly Penang, Kulim, Melaka, Johor Bahru or Kuantan) to handle the project until handover after receive project task from company.

Multi-tasking, work independently, sense of urgency and self-motivated person.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess own transport

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Familiar with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD software.
