Job summary

Air Products seeks a Documentation Specialist to support OpenText and EDMS documentation for plant and Engineering Project records. You will ensure accurate document control, perform uploads and revisions, and support handover to Operations across the regional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, 1–2 years in a shared services setup, and Mandarin fluency. Flex hours and Malaysia holiday coverage are provided as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a shared services environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Replacement leave provided for Malaysia public holidays.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain documents in the OpenText repository.
• Perform document uploading, revision control, and publishing in OpenText.
• Execute the document handover process for regional operations.
• Support activities for document handover from projects to operations.
• Export documents, analyze metadata, and generate reports in Excel.
• Assign permissions and manage OpenText security as Super User for the region.
• Ensure alignment with global document management procedures and job-aids.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with Global Administrators.
