Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shared services organization.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain documents in the OpenText repository.
• Support OpenText EDMS stakeholders globally, including engineering and operations.
• Perform document handover, export, and metadata cleanup.
• Manage permissions and act as OpenText Super User for the assigned region.
• Ensure alignment with global procedures and KPI/SLA.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement with global admins.
• Provide ad-hoc duties as assigned.
