Job summary

Air Products in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Document Controller to support OpenText EDMS, handling document uploading, revision control and publishing across regions including Europe, Americas, Asia, MEET and India. You will report to the Manager CMD Asia and Global Documentation, ensuring adherence to global procedures and service levels while collaborating with Operations and PDO teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing document control, with fluent Mandarin and strong attention

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
1–2 years of experience as Document Controller in manufacturing preferred.
Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) to support global market including China.
Able to work flexible hours; attention to detail and good time management.
Good communication skills; knowledge of document control management is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office 365; experience with SAP/OpenText is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain documents in OpenText repository; uploading, revision control and publishing.
Support document handover processes from projects to Operations; regional coordination.
Export documents, analyze metadata, and generate reports (pivot/graphs).
Manage user permissions and act as OpenText super user for assigned region.
Ensure alignment with global procedures and KPIs; identify process improvements.
Adhere to SLA and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
