Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to assist the sales team with quotations, orders, and CRM management. This onsite role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in MS Office.

The ideal candidate will handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong administrative support skills including data entry, filing and record keeping.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Assist sales with quotations, processing orders and sales documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage or willingness to learn.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite presence at Leisure Commerce Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive admin support to the sales team, including quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure documentation is complete and filed.
• Maintain and update customer records and CRM with current information.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email, provide basic product information and order status.
• Coordinate sales activities: meetings, reports, and tracking of performance.
• Manage inventory of sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
