Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to support the sales team with workload management, order processing, and client communications. The role requires a diploma in sales or marketing and relevant telephone sales training.

You will prepare presentations, proposals, and materials for meetings, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups. Strong multitasking and confidentiality are essential assets in this position.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• Be computer literate and proficient with common office software.
• Relevant training in telephone sales.
• Good polite & communication skills.
• Passionate, hard worker & well-organized professional with the ability to prioritize & multitask.
• Good judgement, discretion & preserve confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping manage workload and achieve targets.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and meeting/client materials.
• Process sales orders accurately and follow through to completion.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Track sales activities and performance against targets; provide insights to team and management.
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Understand products/services to assist customers effectively.
