ManpowerGroup is seeking a Team Lead to manage onsite recruitment operations at a client location. You will lead a team of recruiters while remaining hands-on in delivery, balancing operational efficiency with strategic hiring to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on direct labour/manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s labour market and workforce regulations.

Aufgaben

• Team management: Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters onsite to meet hiring targets and best practices.
• Client liaison: Act as main client contact, understand needs, provide updates and build relationships.
• Hands-on recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet urgent/higher-priority roles.
• Recruitment delivery: Oversee end-to-end process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding—ensuring timely, quality hires.
• Performance tracking: Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire; report to client and leadership.
• Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement more efficient strategies.
• Employer branding: Support client’s brand in talent market with a positive candidate experience.
