Job summary
MCSB Group requires on-site IT support personnel to assist office and manufacturing staff in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role includes handling 1st level PC, applications, and printer issues, plus 1st level server and local network support.
The candidate should have a Diploma in Computing/IT with 1–2 years of experience and basic IT hardware/software installation knowledge. Working hours are 12-hour shifts including day and night cycles.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in basic IT Hardware & Software installation.
- Knowledge in Local Area Network.
- Min Diploma in Computing/IT or related with 1-2 yrs experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Onsite IT Support to Office & Manufacturing users in Batu Kawan, Penang.
- Installation and Break-fix support on PCs, Applications & Printers (1st Level).
- 1st Level Server & Local Network Support.
