Job summary

Averis in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Specialist, Site IT to be the first point of contact for IT issues at the site, ensuring devices, meeting rooms and site infrastructure run smoothly for all staff, including executives.

You will collaborate with regional and global IT teams, vendors and business users to keep systems stable, secure and well supported, handling incidents and device management with Intune as part of IT operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support, helpdesk or desktop support.
• Experience supporting executives or VIP users is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Support executives and VIP users with IT needs.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and collaboration tools in Windows and macOS.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 issues including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MFA and password resets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
