EIL Global is seeking experienced AV & IT Infrastructure Support Technicians to provide onsite support at client locations in Penang, Malaysia. This on-call/dispatch role is not full-time; technicians are assigned based on client needs and paid for actual hours worked.

Key tasks include troubleshooting AV and meeting room equipment, supporting video conferencing systems, basic networking and cabling, and reporting onsite visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support.
• Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience.
• Basic networking and cabling knowledge.
• Customer-facing and professional approach.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot AV and meeting room equipment
• Support Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectors
• Perform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacement
• Provide onsite event and meeting support
• Perform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activities
• Support laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices
• Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Update tickets and provide onsite visit reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support
• Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, etc. is an advantage
• Basic networking and cabling knowledge
• Customer-facing and professional approach
• Ability to work independently onsite

Important

This is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked.
