Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Project Coordinator / PMO Coordinator for onsite contract work. You will coordinate ICT project activities, ensure complete audit-ready documentation, and support governance across multiple projects.

The role requires a degree and 1–3 years in project coordination or PMO, with strong organisational, documentation and stakeholder skills, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, PMO, governance, finance coordination or document management.
• Experience supporting ICT or technology projects.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, with governance and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end ICT project activities and documentation processes.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain project documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
• Manage documentation repositories and support the organisation of key project records.
• Coordinate financial documentation, including purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, statements of work, invoices, and approvals.
• Monitor documentation status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance policies and support audit requirements.
• Support finance teams during financial closing activities and project capitalisation processes.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
