Job summary

The House of Taste Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to lead onsite hospitality operations. You will supervise the team, serve as the main client contact, monitor service quality and costs, and report performance for improvement actions.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, managing inventory and purchasing, and ensuring compliance with safety and client-site procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant hospitality or corporate service experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Management or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer relations.
• Flexibility in schedule, including various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospitality services and monitor service quality and costs.
• Manage onsite team and act as day-to-day client contact.
• Coordinate meetings, events and catering within scope.
• Forecast pantry, beverage and equipment needs against budgets.
• Prepare rosters, supervise performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain records and submit regular service and performance reports.
