Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for Tiga Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences and the outlet runs smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive F&B knowledge, and a focus on service quality. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a luxury or international chain hotel.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with computer systems and knowledge of POS systems, inventory control.
• Motivated and committed, eager to learn and improve performance.
• Flexible and responds quickly to changing requirements while performing tasks.
• Strong leadership, people management and training abilities.
• Guest oriented with ability to exceed service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service focus with guests in mind.
• Create an environment focused on delivering a special dining experience.
• Maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor and lead by example during peak service.
• Handle guest requests promptly and escalate to Outlet Manager when needed.
• Engage with guests during service to gather feedback and improve dining experience.
• Coach team members to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
