Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager in delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards across the department.

You will train and supervise attendants and team leaders, ensure efficient daily operations, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Malaysian government work permit restrictions apply; only Malaysian citizens or permanent residents will be considered.

Qualifications

• Ideally a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader Housekeeping in a luxury hotel brand.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian government work permit restrictions apply; only Malaysian citizens or PR will be considered.
