Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support across desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. You will handle OS deployment, software installs, and asset management at the site in Bayan Lepas.

The role requires hands-on Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, AD/Entra ID familiarity, and basic network issue resolution. ITSM tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals and IT infrastructure.
• Install/configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and security tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other apps.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and access with coordination.
• Assist with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi/DHCP/DNS/VPN and IP configurations.
• Image OS, deploy software, patch endpoints, and configure devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications.
• Perform user account, password, and access-related troubleshooting in coordination with the appropriate teams.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP configuration.
• Perform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration.
• Support endpoint management platforms such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or similar tools.
• Provide hands‑and‑feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required.
• Assist with server room / network room activities, including basic cable tracing, patching, labeling, and equipment validation.
• Support IT projects such as device refresh, office moves, hardware rollouts, migrations, and site deployments.
• Coordinate with remote infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, assets, and activities in the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Follow defined SLA, ITIL, security, and operational procedures.
• Prepare activity reports and provide regular status updates to the onsite/remote management team.
