Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field
• 3 years of desktop support or helpdesk experience
• Strong Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience with AD and IT support tools is a plus
• Basic networking concepts incl. TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
• Customer-focused mindset with ownership and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly
• Set up user accounts, manage access, and configure systems per business needs
• Support onboarding/offboarding including device setup and recovery
• Monitor desktop systems for performance, security, and reliability
• Assist with software updates, patches, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity issues
• Document incidents, resolutions, assets and procedures
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues
• Provide guidance to end users to improve IT experience
