Swift is seeking a dynamic joining operations specialist in Kuala Lumpur to support new customer onboarding and KYC execution. You will ensure timely activation onto the network, guide customers through joining steps, and maintain exceptional service levels across the process.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in multinational support, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach to high-volume, time-sensitive tasks within a financial/IT context.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a multinational/multilingual customer support environment in financial or IT/telecoms.
• Customer-focused with ability to build warm relationships with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge or experience in KYC is preferred.
• Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.

Responsabilités

• Validate, input and process joining requests using appropriate processes and apps.
• Maintain accurate customer information and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with customers, team members and other departments to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and tools.
• Provide high-quality customer service with internal and external parties.
