Swift is seeking a dynamic Joining Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support new customer onboarding and KYC processes. You will ensure timely onboarding onto the Swift network, guide customers through joining, and uphold high standards of service for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 3-5 years in a multinational customer support environment within financial or IT/telecoms, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements and cost

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in multinational/multilingual customer support in financial or IT/telecoms.
• Knowledge or experience in KYC.

Mansioni

• Validate, input and process joining requests correctly, timely and accurately using the appropriate processes and applications.
• Ensure customer information is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolve and document customer inquiries regarding the status of their request in a timely, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the service level agreement, key performance indicators and escalation procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
• Provide highest quality customer services with all internal and external parties.
• Acquire operational, process and product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and problems.
