Job summary

Leschaco (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator for the Kota Kinabalu Office at TS Shipping, KKIP.

This full-time role will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and providing administrative support to the wider logistics team. The role involves managing stock movements in the system, handling delivery orders, coordinating with transporters, and supporting KPI reporting and customer inquiries to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics admin role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Record and update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System.
• Print, verify, segregate, and distribute Delivery Orders and Pick Slips to the warehouse team.
• Coordinate deliveries with transporters and monitor POD returns.
• Prepare job sheets for VAS activities and assist in execution.
• Participate in annual stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks and generate KPI reports.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team and maintain a well-organised warehouse.
