Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in F&B
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Business acumen with a focus on sales, P&L, and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours
• Hands-on leadership with problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team across store operations
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling and excellent service
• Analyse sales reports, traffic, and market trends to grow revenue
• Implement local store marketing initiatives and ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene and audits compliance
• Oversee daily cash handling, cash reconciliation and bank deposits
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, quality and consistency of menu items
• Monitor customer experience and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction
