Job summary

AYAM GEPUK (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily operations, guide the team, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that supports high standards of service and food quality.

You will train staff, monitor stock, manage attendance and sales, report to the Area Manager, and ensure targets are met. Requires minimum SPM and 2 years in F&B management, strong leadership, and willingness to travel to Kuala Lumpur for training.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams effectively.
• Positive mindset and strong desire to learn.
• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays when required.
• Willing to attend training in Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Able to work as a team, independently, and perform well under pressure.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Malay and English.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Confident, proactive, and able to meet set working hours.
• Own vehicle and willing to travel for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area Manager and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure stock readiness and product preparation.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service while maintaining quality.
• Train team on menu knowledge, presentation, and staffing.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guide the team, and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
• Monitor staff attendance, train staff, and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and hit targets.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on staffing, sales, inventory, and operational issues.
• Execute end-of-day closure procedures and other tasks directed by management.
• Guide the team to maintain consistent operations.
