Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team across store operations
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling and excellent service
• Analyse sales reports, traffic, and market trends to grow revenue
• Implement local store marketing initiatives and ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene and audits compliance
• Oversee daily cash handling, cash reconciliation and bank deposits
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, quality and consistency of menu items
• Monitor customer experience and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction

• Enforce compliance with company SOPs, safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
• Monitor product quality and ensure consistent execution of menu items.
• Drive excellent service standards, including speed of service and customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Implement brand standards, ensuring visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Maintain high standards in quality, food safety, and audit compliance.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular self-audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring adherence to company cash control policies.
• Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and timely bank deposits.
• Implement security measures to prevent cash handling errors, fraud, or theft.
