• Manage and oversee daily project and site operations to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Lead, guide, and supervise site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workplace safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities when required.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and departments.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, work schedules, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate project records, site documentation, and cost monitoring reports.
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.
