Job summary

Duplex Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily activities on Kuala Lumpur projects, ensuring work aligns with schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

You will perform hands-on technical work, coordinate delivery, installation, and testing of materials on site, and liaise with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

This role requires reading drawings, monitoring progress, preparing daily reports, and supporting final inspections and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform hands-on technical works, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as required.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation plans to support site execution.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and testing of materials, equipment, and systems on site.
• Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project tracking.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and materials usage to ensure proper control and availability.
• Support final inspections, testing, defect rectification, and project handover activities.
